Bean Station Elementary receives Angel Tree grant

BEAN STATION — Bean Station Elementary School was recently honored to receive the Laura J. Kress Angel Tree Grant through the East Tennessee Foundation, allowing the school to provide Christmas gifts for dozens of local children.

Through the generosity of the grant, the school was able to purchase gifts for 78 students and their siblings, helping ensure a joyful holiday season for many families within the Bean Station community.

School officials expressed appreciation for the support, noting that the assistance helped meet an important need during the Christmas season and made a meaningful difference for families served by the school.

The Laura J. Kress Angel Tree Grant is designed to support programs that benefit children and families during the holidays across East Tennessee.
