BEAN STATION – This past Saturday, The East Tennessee Custom Rods Auto Club hosted its inaugural Cruise-In at the Crossroads Saturday, October 4.
The event was held with the support of the Town of Bean Station and the Bean Station Police Department.
According to Lonnie Williams, one of the event organizers, the event featured hot rods, classic cars and trucks, street rods, sport trucks, rat rods, and just about every cool vehicle you could imagine.
Williams said, “The turnout was incredible, with an estimated 230 vehicles (or more) filling the scene. Gary’s Sound Machine kept the energy high with great entertainment, while Mountain Dawgs and River Dogs BBQ served up delicious food that kept everyone full and happy.”
He said it is hoped the cruise in will become an annual event.
