RUTLEDGE — The Grainger County Journal is calling on ghosts, goblins and ghouls of all ages to take part in its annual Halloween Costume Contest.
Residents are invited to submit their most creative costume photos via the Journal’s Facebook Messenger. Submissions will be accepted through the end of Halloween night, and pet costumes are encouraged.
The top three entries will be selected after October 31 and featured in an upcoming print edition of the newspaper.
Whether spooky, silly or downright spectacular, costumes that capture the spirit of the season are welcome.
